30 Days annual leave when you want
Under Flexi Week employees choose when to take their weekends and have ten days added to their annual leave entitlements.
Religious persons may choose days relevant to their religion. Other persons may choose days relevant to them, like cup day. (Australia Day to move to 9th of May1 )
Recreational activities which are better kept separate can be steered towards different days, the above is one option.
- Basis of May 9th for Australia Day (Independent Australia)
- Two 4-day education weeks are proposed with longer hours per day than now. On Thursday both A and B students are on campus for assemblies and sport.

Penalty Rates → Standard Pay
Since one day is now the same as any other it doesn’t make sense to pay penalty rates for particular days.
What was paid as penalty rates must be added to regular wages for workers participating in Flexiweek. (Fair Work & the unions will need to enforce that!)
