• More affordable housing
• Lower tax on workers
• Cheaper energy
• Cheaper transport
• Add dental care to Medicare
• Facilitate farmers markets and food trucks to counter the monopoly of the big supermerket chains (with cooperation of State and Local governments)
• Flexiweek – a more productive society
• Possible Government Insurance scheme to cover complete loss of buildings. Would need to be funded by a land tax.
